Q1: How do I make a rental reservation online?

To make a reservation online please click here or go to ‘Ski and Snowboard’ > ‘Daily Ski & Board Rentals’. To schedule a Delivery, please click here.


Q2: When should I make rental reservations?

You can reserve at any time! We recommend 48 hours in advance or more to ensure the smoothest rental process possible. Due to our volume and limited staff due to COVID-19, we will not be taking any reservations over-the-phone or in-person.


Q3: If I’m reserving for someone else, what if I don’t have all the information like shoe size?

It is in everyone’s best interest to get all information before reserving. Not only does the information required impact the fit of the gear, but it impacts the safety. Please Note: We will not allow you to pick-up gear for anybody over the age of 18, if they are not present! Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian present.


Q4: Do you deliver equipment?

Yes we do! Please click here to go to our deliveries page.


Q5: Can my equipment be reserved by my travel agency?

Yes, and please make sure you provide all the necessary personal information to your travel agent to complete the rental reservation form in its entirety to ensure we reserve the proper equipment for you, and your group.


Q6: If we arrive early can we pick-up our equipment the night before?

Yes! If you know you are going to want to pick-up the night before, please choose this option when making your reservation (this is located on the first page of the reservation system). If you did not choose this option, you can still pick-up the night before, but please allow extra time for fitting!


Q7: Do you offer any drop-offs in Park City, SLC, or After-Hours?

Unfortunately, no. Please return equipment to the location you rented at, during the store hours. If you are doing a delivery, we will pick-up your equipment at the pre-arranged pick-up time and location!


Q8: Do you rent helmets, parkas, or pants?

Yes we do! Helmets are $10/day, Parkas & Pants are $10/Day. We do not rent goggles, gloves, or socks, however we do offer a huge variety of these for sale at very affordable pricing.


Q9: Can I rent skis or snowboard, but change my mind and try the other sport at no extra cost?

We are here to help you have the best experience possible and are happy to switch like-priced rentals in our shop.  There would be a slight additional fee for delivery customers using this service option.


Q10: If I don’t like the ski or snowboard I rented can I try something else?

Yes, it is very important to us that you have a good experience with our equipment.  Just let us know what you feel wasn’t right and we will make a suitable adjustment for you. The best time for an equipment swap is mid-day, and always bring your boots and skis when you do your swap, even if just swapping one.


Q11: Can I request a specific Ski, boot, or Demo?

A specific demo product can be requested and we will make every effort to have it available, but it is very difficult for us to guarantee any specific item due to vacation extensions, damage on the hill, etc.  We will be able to provide options on similar performing products that give you the type of experience you are looking forward to. Q12: Do you sell Discounted Lift Tickets
