EDGE & QUICK WAX – $20 (FASTEST TURNAROUND TIME)
OVERVIEW: Our Edge & Quick Wax service includes cleaning the base of your ski/snowboard with high quality base cleaner to remove any corrosion or rust. Followed by De-Burring & Sharpening the edges to industry standard. We finish off the tune by running your Ski or Snowboard across Wintersteiger‘s WaxJet Pro. The Waxjet Pro uses new a specialty wax belt and buffing wheel to produce high quality wax finishes in seconds.
WHO IS THIS FOR: The Edge & Quick Wax service is perfect for those needing an edge sharpen and wax in a quick amount of time. This service typically can be done same day, but call ahead for accurate lead times. The quick wax does not last as long as a hot wax.
This service is included for free once per month for season renter’s equipment. Parents/Family of season renters get 20% off any personal tuning services on their own gear.
EDGE & HOT WAX – $25 (FAMILIAR FAVORITE)
OVERVIEW: Our Edge & Hot Wax Service includes cleaning the base of your ski/snowboard with high quality base cleaner to remove any corrosion or rust. Followed by De-Burring & Sharpening the edges to industry standard. After the edges we focus on hand waxing the ski or snowboard’s base, by dripping hot all-mountain / all-condition wax by Wintersteiger. We finish the service by scraping excess wax from the ski by hand, and buffing the base to make it look pretty.
WHO IS THIS FOR: Our Edge & Hot Wax Service is great for those looking for a traditional sharpening of the edges and hand wax. This waxing style lasts longer on the slopes than the quick wax listed above.
This service can typically be done within 24 hours, but call ahead for lead times!
Hot wax typically lasts 5-15 ski days!
BASIC TUNE – $30 (MOST POPULAR)
OVERVIEW: Our Basic Tune includes cleaning the base of your ski or snowboard with high quality base cleaner to remove any corrosion or rust. Followed by a quick grind using 80 & 100 grit specialty sandpaper on Wintersteiger‘s SIGMA SBI. Then we follow the grind with de-burring your edges & sharpening the edges to industry standard. We finish the edges by de-tuning the tip/tails to prevent catching your edge on the slope We will also Then we will hand wax your skis using an All-Mountain Wax by Wintersteiger. We finish by hand scraping the wax off the base & edges, and top it off with a quick buff to make it look pretty.
WHO IS THIS FOR: The Basic Tune is our most popular tune. This tune is great for those looking to get an edge & hot wax plus remove any minor scratches, cosmetic imperfections, or minor dings in the base of the ski. This will not fix gashes, deep scratches, or other common base repair issues. Please have our tech look at your ski if you are unsure of what it needs.
This service can typically be done within 24-48 hours, but please call ahead for lead times.
Our Basic Tune does not include any P-tex work, base repair, edge repair, de-lamination repair, or binding work.
Please remove any snowboard bindings before dropping your snowboard off!
SUPERIOR TUNE – $50 (BEST PERFORMANCE)
OVERVIEW: Our Superior Tune includes cleaning the base of your ski or snowboard with high quality base cleaner to remove any corrosion or rust. Followed by a Diamond Stone Grind used for restructuring the base of your ski/snowboard. We use the Wintersteiger Sigma SBI for this process, the SBI allows for dozens of structure choices for different performance on the slopes. After the Stone grind, we will de-burr and sharpen the edges to industry standard. After sharpening the edges, we will de-tune the tip/tail of to reduce hyper-aggressive edge grab, and provide easier turning. We finish off the tune with a hand wax using Wintersteiger‘s All-Mountain/All Temp Wax, followed by hand scraping & buffing the wax off the base and edges.
WHO IS THIS FOR: The Superior Tune is great for enthusiasts looking to make their base look new again (this will not fix major gashes), or skiers buying a used ski. Restructuring the base is great for improving ridability, carving, speed, precision, & more. This tune can make your ski/snowboard feel new again. We do not recommend restructuring your ski more than once per year.
Our Superior Tune does not include any P-tex work, base repair, edge repair, de-lamination repair, or binding work.

SKI BINDING ADJUSTMENT & TEST – $20
Our certified binding technician will adjust and test your bindings to fit the boot you bring in (or rent!). Bindings must be adjustable (usually demo or rental bindings), and also must be indemnified by the manufacturer. Your boot must also have acceptable material left in the heel & toe pieces. After adjusting the binding, we will perform a binding test by using a certified and properly calibrated, specialty torque wrench.
Must be 18 years or older to sign for binding work! (Or accompanied by a parent / guardian)
SKI BINDING MOUNT – $40 (FLAT SKIS ONLY)
Our certified binding technician will install new bindings (must be indemnified) onto your ski. Our tech will then test your newly installed bindings by using a specialized & certified ski binding torque wrench test. Your ski must be flat (no existing bindings mounted to it), and cannot be mounted more than twice before. Please see a technician in-store for more info.
Must be 18 years or older to sign for binding work! (Or accompanied by a parent / guardian)
SKI BINDING RE-MOUNT – $45
Our certified binding technician will remove your old bindings from your skis, and install new bindings (must be indemnified). Our tech will then test your newly installed bindings by using a specialized & certified ski binding torque wrench test. Please see a technician in-store for more info.
